3D mammoth

Year 3 as part of D&T looked at making a 3D Mammoth. We had an interesting lesson trying to fit the pieces together and using scissors around tight corners was a bit of a challenge! Success was eventually achieved and we are very proud of our mammoths. I hope they take pride of place on your window sills!!

Reflective Bags

As part of our new Science Topic "Light" we looked at how light travels in a straight line and reflects off different surfaces. We designed a bag using our new knowledge that would keep us safe on these dark winter nights. I know you will all agree that we have some keen fashion designers in the making! If you can see them in the dark.

Using Tens and Ones for Addition
